Delete your Mind Sense data

Use this page to request deletion of your Mind Sense account and associated app data. This URL is intended for Google Play account deletion requirements.

Delete from inside the app

Open Mind Sense.
Go to Settings or Account.
Choose Delete account or Delete data.
Confirm the request and follow any identity verification steps.

Request deletion on the web

Email support@mindssense.com from the email address linked to your account. Include "Data deletion request" in the subject.

What is deleted

Deletion may include account profile data, authentication-linked records, scan history, Aura conversation history, saved recommendations, settings, and cloud-stored app data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance reasons.

Timeline

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification. Token purchases, refunds, and payment records handled by Google Play may need to be managed separately through Google Play support or purchase settings.
